(1) The broadcasting organization shall have the right to do the following:-
(a) rebroadcasting the material it broadcasts,
(b) communicate its broadcasts in a manner that is accessible to the general public,
(c) adjusting its transmissions,
(d) reproduce adjustments to your transmissions.
(2) The right under sub-section (1) shall continue for fifty years from the year of commencement of such broadcast.
